Cassidy Nachtman proudly serves as the Agency Manager of Titleocity. With a decade and growing of experience in all roles of the title industry, Cassidy holds a wealth of knowledge that is invaluable in getting every transaction completed expeditiously, accurately, and compassionately. She has served as the abstractor, examiner, escrow officer, closer and manager for thousands of real estate transactions. Cassidy is experienced in operations across multiple states, including Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Washington D.C. and more. She currently holds Producer Licenses in Michigan and Ohio. With a degree in Business (HR) and a sincere caring nature, Cassidy strives to create an unreal experience for our real estate partners, mortgage partners, buyers, sellers, and teammates to live their most unreal lives. Cassidy resides in Michigan with her son Bobby, daughter Sidney, cat Roscoe, and partner Chase.

Heather’s 11 years in the title industry, and Bachelor’s in Business Administration, have brought extensive experience to the still growing Titleocity team.  Her background in Human Resources have aided her in achieving growth at Titleocity where she is now a massive asset as Agency Manager.  Heather is proud to share that since she has been with the company, Titleocity has received the Circle of Excellence from both First American and Fidelity.  Heather and her husband have two boys and reside in Metro-Detroit.

Dawn joined Titleocity LLC in March 2018 as an Agent Advocate. She brings a wealth of experience to her role with a background in the marketing, real estate & auto industry. Prior to joining the firm, Dawn served as the Director of Marketing at a Michigan-based law firm where she was responsible for managing public relations, industry events, and helped launch a new title company. She holds her Resident Producer License and has held her Real Estate License.  She has prestigiously earned numerous industry-related awards since 2005 and resides in Bloomfield Hills with her husband and three children.

Amanda has over 23 years of experience to share and is very passionate about the Title Industry.  She has mastered all facets of the industry, including title, escrow, software support, customer service and more.  Her knowledge is beyond compare and she goes above and beyond for all customers.  She is an incredible asset to the entire Titleocity team, and is a brilliant, positive leader.  Amanda holds her Resident Producer license and lives in the Metro-Detroit area with her son.

Christa is a valued member of the Titleocity team, bringing a high level of dedication and client focus to the title industry. Her background in corporate event planning—managing complex logistics for major automotive accounts—provides her with a strong foundation in high-stakes project management and meticulous client service. She finds her role incredibly fulfilling and is committed to working hard to ensure a smooth, happy experience for every client.

Marisa Thompson is a dedicated and highly motivated professional, possessing a vast array of knowledge and expertise gained through 2 and a half years of experience in the industry. As an agent advocate, her passion lies in helping realtor partners with smooth transactions and taking as much off their plates as possible. This is the source of her fulfillment in her career at Titleocity, and she is consistently striving to enhance her competencies to better serve her clients with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
